Maybe it's worth to go the hard way and try to setup integrations tests (I
know, it's easy to say ;-) ). The [Testing Plugin
Strategies|http://maven.apache.org/plugin-developers/plugin-testing.html] might
help to get you started. The [Shitty
Plugin|http://mojo.codehaus.org/shitty-maven-plugin/] is another plugin
dedicated to integration testing.
