[mojo-dev] [VOTE] Committer for Sysdeo Tomcat Plugin

Stefan Winz ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) has supplied some useful debugging  
and code to fix the Windows-specific errors in the Sysdeo Tomcat Maven  
plugin.   I think he'd be a valuable addition to the plugin  
development effort, he's promised to help fill out the  
documentation.   I'm proposing him as a committer.
