Currently, the JJDoc mojo can only generated reports from a single source
directory. This is insufficient if one has both hand-crafted JJ files and
generated JJ files (e.g. by JJTree). Calling the JJDoc mojo with multiple
executions is not solution since it would overwrite the previously generated
index.html during the second run.
