The option CSS is not yet supported by the JJDoc version the plugin uses:

[WARNING] Bad option "-CSS=test.css" will be ignored.

To avoid confusion for uses, the mojo parameter should be deleted until [JJDoc
0.1.5 or higher|http://paneris.net/javacc/javacc-m/JJDocReleaseNotes.html]
becomes available.
