Yes the docck plugin will issue an error message if no FAQ document is present. However this will not fail the build. No such configuration has been put in the parent pom yet, although it has been discussed.

IMO publishing a dummy FAQ page with no value to our users, just to satisfy docck, is plain wrong. The purpose of the docck plugin is to *improve* the user experience. If there really are no FAQs, then it's better to not have an FAQ page.
