[mojo-dev] Release of rmic maven plugin

I'm planning to release 1.0-alpha-1 of the rmic maven plugin next week.  I've 
updated the project site and made a few enhancements that should make the plugin 
a little easier to use.  If there's any reason for me not to release this, 
please let me know.
