Usage of the mojos {{jjtree}} and {{jtb}} has proven to be both cumbersome and
error-prone. JJTree and JTB are usually run as preprocessors for JavaCC so two
new mojos {{jjtree-javacc}} and {{jtb-javacc}} have been added to better
support this. Since the old mojos apparently do not serve any real use-case,
they should eventually be removed from the codebase.
