It would be nice to be able to bundle all js files into a single (or multiple)
js file in the webapp.
My wish is to take all scripts required to initially load the page (including
the war's own script and some dependencies) and load them at the top of the
page, and then load all the other stuff at the bottom of the page (so it
appears to load faster).
