Applied with modifications in r6360, thanks Nate!
I renamed the new parameter to "showEmptyDetails" because I found
"showEmptyTags" a little misleading (the tags themselves are not empty).
Furthermore, I chose to have the parameter default to "false": I like Maven's
spirit of "convention over configuration" and I also believe that hiding this
"white noise" is the better convention, hence should not require POM additions
and is worth breaking current behavior.
