I've gone through the site and adjusted it to follow the Plugin
Documentation Standard. The "new" site has been deployed. The code was
reformatted according to our code style.
One more thing should be done before promotion from the sandbox, and
that is repackaging of all classes from org.apache.maven.plugin... to
org.codehaus.mojo...
When that is done I'm +1 for a promotion.
