possibility to change the output directory

I think that would be nice to have the possibility to indicate an alternative
output directory in the pom file, setting the buildDirectory property
modifiable (probably the easiest way) or adding a new property
(outputDirectory) to override the default.
this way, any subsequent action on the generated jars (i.e. signing) could be
executed easily, having a clean working directory
I tryed to modify myself the sources and recompile them, but I get a compile,
but it fails because of a missing org.vafer..dependency.relocation package (see
attached log)
