I've just applied a patch for MTAGLIST-31 [1] which is a serious bug.
The taglist plugin (version 2.1 only) manipulates
${project.compileSourceRoots} which can cause all kinds of nasty
effects. Therefor I'd like to release a new version of the taglist
plugin ASAP. The bug was introduced in r2011 with the fix for MTAGLIST-6
[2].
A SNAPSHOT of the current svn trunk has been deployed as
2.2-20080413.101140-2 if you want to give it a try.

There are still open issues in JIRA, but none of them are bugs.
