Affecting space in path issue due to use of plexus-utils 1.1 on Windows.
We use this plug-in to run project in Maven/Netbeasn integration.On windows if
JAVA_HOME and project path contain space execution fail due to plexus-utils 1.1
bug .I have update plexus-utils 1.5.1 and it working correctly now (patch
attached) .Please review this ASAP
