When there are localized branding files the resulting filenames are incorrect.
For example Bundle_sv_SE.properties with a branding token of test results in
Bundle_sv_SE_test.properties in the branding jar instead of the expected
Bundle_test_sv_SE.properties
As my other patch I'm afraid the patch is java-1.5, but, better than nothing,
right?
