I guess we can we afford the three days to do a normal vote (saves me from
worrying whether somebody feels upset because we rushed this out ;-) ). In
particular, this gives others a fair chance to halt the release if the
license issue raised by Mark (MIT vs. ASL) is urgent and should be dealt
with quickly.
