Currently, the webstart plugin looks for jar resources in the maven repository
(local or elsewhere). If the current project is a subproject of another project
and a jar resource is provided by a sister project, the plugin should be able
to retrieve the jar from the sister project's target directory, so we don't
have to run mvn install all the time just to build a single compound project.
