Once you made it this far, i.e. have the tag in SVN, you can simply
checkout the tag yourself using your usual Subversion client and run
mvn clean deploy site-deploy -DperformRelease=true
on the 2.0-beta-2 tag. To my knowledge, the Release Plugin isn't doing
anything else so this manual way should deliver an equivalent release.
If that's also not working, ping me and I will do the deployment.

I managed to loose all my knowledge about French so that does not give
my any clue. Could you tell us what the interactive command
svn --username ... -password ... checkout
https://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/tags/jdepend-maven-plugin-2.0-beta-2 checkout
gives you on the console (preferably translated to English) when you
invoke it manually?
