The fact that this plugin can only deploy to $JBOSS_HOME/server/default is
slightly dubious given that this directory is merely a template for a
standalone server and it is usually recommended that you make a copy under a
different name, thus preserving the template directory and its contents for any
further instances you need to create. The same goes for $JBOSS_HOME/server/all
which is for cluster and IIOP support.
