Setting server parameter in the installEAR goal

After playing around with it I haven't found out how can I specify dedicated
server for the installApp goal. We don't use cluster for the dev envs and each
project becomes a dedicated server in the ND installation and we have to
install the EAR onto this server. Sample jacl command:
*$AdminApp install $earName "-cell $cellName -node $nodeName -server
$serverName -appname $appName"
