I've added a patch that used Modello to generate the XML output for the
Dashboard plugin. I'm not sure which patch you want to go with, but I saw in
the mail thread for the Taglist v2.2 release voting that there was some concern
about using Xstream instead of Modello.

I did need to force the PMD plugin to version 2.4 (MOJO-16 is currently at
version 2.2). Otherwise, the generated Modello files would be scanned by the
plugin.
