It depends a bit on how much documentation you really have. If you're
pre beta/1.0 I would mark all relevant parts of the documentation with
the version they're valid from. I would also remove notes for older
alpha releases as no-one should be using them. When doing the 1.0
release the entire site should be cleaned up so that only documentation
relevant for 1.0 and up is online.
