Fix Version/s: 3.0
this shall be done now. One has to be careful when the transitive dependency
tree within the jars that shall be part of the current project onflicts with
transitive dependencies pulled in by other netbeans modules.
The bulletproof approach shall be to have no module dependencies for library
wrapper modules (or a limited set at least)
