update: the 2.7 version is gone, there's too many incompatible changes, so the
new version will be 3.0.
In there the nbm file creation is on by default and it gets uploaded to the
repository.
There's new packaging "nbm-application" that's capable of assembling the
platform based application from the nbm files only.
