It would be useful to improve 'display-dependency-updates' so it will be
checking for released versions of SNAPSHOT dependencies/parents.
So if project depends on 2.3.1-SNAPSHOT and there's 2.3.1 (non-SNAPSHOT) is
available, then plugin will inform about it.
