Updated http://mojo.codehaus.org/plugins.html to add "cbuild" to the
pre-release list of plugins and deployed the 1.0-alpha-5 site out to
http://mojo.codehaus.org/cbuild-parent/. Did some code cleanup to make the
code style reports less awful. Have the dependencies all converged out 100%.
