Hi,
I have created a Maven plugin to help my team deploying/undeploying
portlet war files in Sun OpenPortal Portlet Container 2.0. It is a
wrapper around portlet container's build.xml. With
portletContainerHome property setup in the project pom, you will be
able to deploy a portlet with a simple command, e.g. mvn
portletcontainer:deploy.
For non-portlet developers, please note that glassfish/tomcat cannot
deploy/undeploy portlets, because the portlet container manipulate the
war files as part of the deployment for it to work with the container.
I'm wondering if there is an interest in my plugin? If so, I submit to
Jira for review.
