The site.xml should be trimmed down, i.e. remove name and inherited
stuff like banners, links and ${reports}.
Various mojo parameter use expression="" instead of default-value="".
Rather out of scope but to have it mentionend: The method
AbstractXmlBeansPlugin.getClasspath() looks dangerous, it deviates from
the compiler class path normally constructed by Maven (cf.
MavenProject.getCompileClasspathElements()).
