Ok, I guess I was waiting for the vote to pass before updating the pom parent
and moving it out of the sandbox. I have now updated the parent and removed
extra site configuration. And I moved it out of the sandbox svn location.
The site is deployed in the usual place:
http://mojo.codehaus.org/properties-maven-plugin/
