Charlie Collins commented on MCOBERTURA-75:
-------------------------------------------
I think I must be missing something on this one, what I need is a property that
I can set from the command line to skip, similar to "-Dmaven.test.skip=true",
such as "-Dcovertura.maven.skip=true". This is used for quick one off builds
or so on, where you don't want to have to modify the POM to enable it. In fact,
without it, maven.test.skip causes cobertura to fail the build, of course -
cobertura maven needs a counterpart?
Or am I missing it, does such a property already exist? I looked through the
docs and all the config options, but couldn't find it.

> Issue Type: Improvement
> Affects Versions: 2.0
> Reporter: Wendy Smoak
>
> I'm seeing build errors in modules with no source code and would like to skip
> the execution of Cobertura for those modules.
> Something like <configuration><skip>true</skip></configuration> should work
> in the modules that I want Cobertura to ignore.
