Yes - that's what I first attempted (default value from parent pom).
Concerning cli issue are you using svn 1.5.x ?
Yes - 1.5.1 - but worked fine with same environment for the axisplugin
release - but maybe there is something exotic about this one since it's a
multiproject one.
