Add support for Bugzilla's grammar

Bugzilla has a very simplistic recognition grammar: anything that looks like
"bug ####" is automatically turned into a hyperlink to bug ####. This wouldn't
allow the plugin to divide up issues by category like the MANU/REMY grammars
do, but I think it would be worth including nonetheless.
I'm still working on the patch - grammars are a bit more complex - but I should
have it soon...
