Add support for JSW integration method 2

When using integration method 1 System.exit is called. While it is possible to
use a shutdown to do some customization, the JVM will be shutdown when the
current thread is finished. Any other threads not finished shutting down will
then be killed. Integration method 2 seems to solve this problem.
