Running tomcat:inplace copies the exploded webapp to tomcat dir
---------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: MTOMCAT-22
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MTOMCAT-22
             Project: Maven 2.x Tomcat Plugin
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.0-beta-1
Environment: Windows XP SP3, JDK 1.6.05
            Reporter: Jerry Shea
            Priority: Minor

When I run
  mvn war:inplace tomcat:inplace
my exploded (inplace) webapp ends up being copied into ${tomcat.home}/webapps.
Shouldn't tomcat:inplace leave all the files where they are and just tell
tomcat to pick them up from there?
