Hi,
If I understand correctly, you want to see all the commits in a report.
If so, in my opinion, it's not a changelog but a trace of all the commit.
This type of report is also interesting but it's not the aim of this plugin.
Moreover, the [maven statsvn plugin|http://stat-scm.sourceforge.net/] is able
to generate such of report (see for instance
http://www.statsvn.org/demo/ant/2007-03.html).
