Separate errors, messages and notices in maven log as well

Currently all APT Messager outputs are written with log level warning. This is
done after APT process which leads to long pauses (or nothing at all)
There seems to be no easy way to separate the levels once they are passed to
print writer other than interpreting the information from log stream.
javax.tools.DiagnosticListener class on the other hand can be used to intervene
the printing process. I just fail to discover how to introduce one for APT
process.
