Add support for share scripts

Applications are deployed with a directory structure like
app1/bin
app1/conf
app1/logs
app1/run
We use scripts to set up symlinks from /etc/init.d to the
/installationPath/app1/bin/app1 script. This is done analogous for all
applications.
It would be nice to share these scripts so they can be updated once and used
everywhere.
We have discussed this earlier, Trygve. This issue is meant as a reminder so it
is not forgotten. :)
