Subversion history is definitely leading you in the wrong direction...
Look at the timestamps on the releases in Central to get a better
indication:
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/codehaus/mojo/

Olivier released tomcat-m-p 1.0-beta-1 in late Jan 2009, but before
that, 1.0-alpha-1 was Mar 2007.
Scott released weblogic-m-p 2.9.1 in Oct 2008, before that 2.9.0 was Mar 2008.
Jboss plugin has been deprecated since early 2006.

It would be great if you wanted to donate your oc4j plugin code here,
just saying that most of the work on these kinds of plugins has been
happening in Cargo for a while now.

We used oc4j for a while (still have 1 last hold-out project still in
it) but everything else has moved on.
