Thanks for the detailed response.
I think there are a couple of issues that lead to this report. First, I must
have had some problem using the basic configuration
http://mojo.codehaus.org/dashboard-maven-plugin/usage.html and then jumped to
the conclusion that I need to use the documented multi-module configuration to
solve my problem because I do have a large multi-module project.
So this leads me to think that the docs should be more clear to the effect that
the basic configuration docs work for all projects (single or multi module).
The second issue is that once one gets to the multi-module docs, it is not
clear why (or what) each step is for. What's needed is your above explaination.
This is mostly unrelated to this issue...but I do have the plugin working as
described in the basic configuration but I don't think the two step process you
document (mvn site then mvn dashboard:dashboard) will work for me. I need this
to be integrated so that your plugin will work with normal mvn site-deploy.
Again more detailed docs are what I'm looking for.
