Allow parent projects to have models but childs not

An usual situation is having a parent project and many child projects. The
parent project has the documentation including argouml models. But enabling the
plugin at the parent pom causes the plugin to execute at child projects, but
you may not want them to have models. Argouml plugin complains that the folder
"src\argouml" doesn't exists at child projects and fails.
