Cannot ignore comment lines

Several changelog entries are permitted in SCM comments, but one cannot ignore
some of them.
We expect to be able to have "private" comments among other changelog entries.
Could it be possible at least to have a special [ignore] tag, ignoring the next
lines until a valid changelog tag is reached ?
