We were "unwillingly" using 2.1 release (since this version is in the Central 
Repository, it is automatically downloaded if utilizing a simple "mvn 
findbugs:findbugs").

I can confirm that all works OK with 2.0 *and* with 2.0.1 Indeed, it would be 
good to investigate how a not tested version 2.1 came in the Central 
Respository. Thanks!
