Allow for mulitple configuration directories to be put in the classpath

I have several projects that needs to keep certain "configuration" files
separated in different directories. I would like all of them to be pre-pended
to my classpath in the script that is generated. Therefore, I would like to be
able to specify a list of configuration directories and I would like a boolean
for each one that determines whether or not to prepend to the classpath. It
can default to true. Also, it could simply use the ordering for prepend as
specified in the configuration.
If I can get to it, I will try to create a patch.
