dpkg wasn't working for me because of a permission error (141) so I implemented
the fakeRoot setting in DpkgSettings down through Dpkg where it was partially
implemented. I am now building a deb package fine with fakeRoot true in my
pom.xml. Patch is against today's trunk. (svn rev 9858 I believe).
