Add changelog support for building RPM

I am thinking of adding changelog support to this plugin. Is it already
supported? How?
If not I am thinking of adding two properties
1. changelogText - Takes the text passed in
2. changelogFile - Read and dump the file content of the specified file as
%changelog in spec.
Let me know if I am not thinking straight.
