Add support for passing in rpm spec file

It would be nice to be able to have the rpm plugin pull a spec file instead of
generating one in some cases.
There are certain parts of the spec file that the plug in cannot handle easily,
and it'd be nice to just provide a spec file and have the process work the same
as it would normally. This would also allow users to work around any
deficiencies while waiting for the next plug in release.
