The attached patch adds support for the following properties:
* {{ignoreBeans}}
* {{rankBeans}}
* {{mergeProxies}}
* {{colourBeans}}
* {{defaultFillColour}}
* {{footer}}
* {{locale}} (also sets the reporting locale as default)
It also makes the {{outputDirectory}} configurable (see MOJO-1354)
