Maybe add some words here since for somebody not familiar with the code
base the mere parameter names don't always give a clue what they do.
Encoding for what files? Filters for what, in which format/syntax?
The example-assembly.apt is missing a version for the Maven Assemby
Plugin in the POM snippet.
Otherwise, the plugin builds and looks fine.
