Allow 'filtering' of sources, like the 'Maven Resources Plugin'

The <source> tag in the rpm does not have a feature that will 'filter' the
sources that are copied.
It would be a nice feature to have the ability to 'filter' sources, like the
'Maven Resources Plugin' does.
I see in the code that the 'org.codehaus.plexus.archiver.DirectoryArchiver' is
used though, so I am not sure how easy it would be to either change this class,
or use a different (extended) class that could do this...
If you have a clear view of how this should be done, let me know and I can make
this change myself.
