The example basic-usage.apt is missing versions for the plugin in
the POM snippets.

The usage.apt.vm is missing a version for the Surefire Plugin in the
first POM snippet. The second POM snippet on the page refers to a
(non-versioned) org.codehaus.mojo:surefire-report-maven-plugin. I
assume that is an ancient Surefire version.
The parameter "filters" of the instrument mojo would benefit from
some details on its syntax [0]. For instance, does it support Ant-
like patterns or simple wildcards?
Yeah, I didn't go around fixing things other than some stuff that was
in JIRA. I'll come back to these after the release.
