Eric Sukmajaya commented on MGWT-112:
-------------------------------------
The noserver option allows you to switch off the embedded server. I still want
to use an embedded server, just not the default one.
There is another option called server that allows you to specify your own
embedded server.
{noformat}
-server Specifies a different embedded web server to run (must
implement ServletContainerLauncher)

> The HostedMode class has a -server option that allows you to run the hosted
> mode using a different embedded web server.
> It would be nice if the gwt:run (and debug) goal has an extra optional
> parameter to support this.
> This is particularly useful if you're developing using GWT and GAE/j. This
> option will allow you to run hosted mode with GAE's development server.
